The Las Vegas Raiders are looking at any and all options to fix their quarterback situation for 2025.
After missing out on the top six quarterbacks in April’s draft, the Raiders were forced to lean on free-agent signing Gardner Minshew and second-year man Aidan O’Connell under center. Minshew had his struggles, while O’Connell did not do enough to cement himself as the quarterback of the future. While the Raiders will almost certainly be drafting a quarterback in 2025, that does not mean the team will not look to see which veteran options are available.
According to AtoZ Sports’ Wendell Ferreira, one such option that was not previously considered is Atlanta Falcons’ quarterback Kirk Cousins.
