MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — T.J. Clemmings’ first game experience with the Raiders came suddenly.
With starting right tackle Donald Penn being evaluated for a concussion in the second quarter Sunday, Clemmings entered and played the rest of the way in Oakland’s 28-20 loss to the Dolphins.
