TJ Carrie not at practice, but says, “I’m good. Just bruised up from the game.”

The Raiders aren’t in the position in their secondary to afford losing safety/cornerback TJ Carrie for a lengthy period.

While coach Jack Del Rio has said his injury — termed during Sunday’s game as a chest injury — doesn’t appear to be long-term, the best sign came Wednesday when he was suited up at the start of the team’s first formal practice of the week.

Whether he’s a full participant or not — that report comes out after practice and it’s a good bet he’s probably limited — his presence on the field shows he’s got a shot to play Sunday against the Broncos, even if he was unable to provide any indication.
