The Oakland Raiders were in need of a defensive end. What did they do?
The Raiders selected three in the 2019 NFL Draft. One of them was Easter Michigan’s Maxx Crosby in the fourth round, 106th overall.
Team owner Mark Davis said he was impressed with game video of Crosby.
“Right away it’s ‘Oh my God’ that’s Ted Hendricks, the ‘Mad Stork’,” Mayock told Pat Kirwan and Jim Miller on SiriusXM NFL Radio on Tuesday.
There is plenty of upside with the 6-foot-5 and 255 pounder.
“With all the arm and legs, he’s so thin and so tall,” Mayock said.
