At the recent minicamp, Las Vegas Raiders defensive assistant coach Rob Ryan made quite the statement when he said that Maxx Crosby is the best player he’s seen since he entered the NFL 30 years ago.

There is no higher praise from a coach with that much experience. Since entering the league as a coach in 1994, Ryan has coached for nine teams (including two stints with the Raiders) over the course of 24 seasons.
