Well it is official, Stefen Wisniewski the player who was supposed to be a Raider for life has moved on.
NFL.com reports Wisniewski signed a one year deal worth 2.5 million with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wisniewski had a down year last year and was deemed replaceable by the Raiders, who signed big name free agent Rodney Hudson this off-season.
After Wisniewski went un-signed in free agency, news broke he would require shoulder surgery this off-season. Wisniewski will try to improve his stock this season, in hopes to cash in again next year in free agency.
Wisniewski a second round pick by the Raiders, was productive and versatile for the team early, but struggled last year with rookie QB Derek Carr.
