The Raiders are two games into preseason, but are still looking to improve their defense.
Veteran defensive back Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie signed with the Raiders Wednesday, a source confirmed to NBC Sports California.

Rodgers-Cromartie, 32, played 15 games for the New York Giants in 2017. He started six games last season and recorded 31 tackles with 17 assists.
In his 10-year career, Rodgers-Cromartie has 30 interceptions.
The Raiders have several quality cornerbacks on the roster, but could need another one soon.
