The Las Vegas Raiders added to the quarterback position this week. Aidan O’Connell’s injury led the Raiders to sign Desmond Ridder off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad. It was announced he will be the backup this week behind Gardner Minshew.
Ridder was brought in for insurance as Minshew has struggled recently. He leads the league in turnovers with ten, tied with sophomore quarterback Will Levis.
