The Las Vegas Raiders are starting to fill out their coaching staff over the past week. First, Pete Carroll retained Patrick Graham as defensive coordinator and Tom Mchmahon for special teams. He also kept defensive line coach Rob Leonard, making him the run game coordinator.
Then, on Sunday, it was announced that he had hired Ohio State offensive coordinator Chip Kelly. Kelly was surprised because Carroll was connected to his former OC, Darrell Bevell.
