The Las Vegas Raiders' Josh Jacobs had one of the greatest rushing seasons in team history. In 2022, he rushed for 1643 yards and led the league in rushing. This led to a contract dispute between him and the previous front office.
Jacobs went on to sign a one-year deal, but the holdout didn't have him ready to play on day one. He struggled at the outset of the year and came on late before being injured in the last four games. He dropped from 4.8 YPC to 3.5, and Zamir White finished the season strong with two 100-yard games.
