ALAMEDA — The Raiders, more so than any team in the NFL, will control the flow of the draft’s first round two weeks from Thursday.
Owners of a league-high three first-round picks – Nos. 4, 24 and 27 – the Raiders have a bevy of moves at their disposal. General manager Mike Mayock predictably kept his analysis of the Raiders’ options at No. 4 vague during his pre-draft press conference on Thursday.
“Regardless of the scenario, we have to be ready to pick at four and be excited about a player, right?” Mayock said. “We might move up, we might move back, who knows?
