Seth Roberts got his money, now he must produce for the Raiders

The Oakland Raiders went out and signed Jordy Nelson this past week, adding him as the No. 2 wide receiver behind Amari Cooper. The move signaled the end of Michael Crabtree’s run in Oakland, and there were questions as to whether or not the team’s No. 3 receiver from last year would be with the team in 2018.

On Friday, that last questioned was answered, as Seth Roberts secured $4.25 million by being on the roster. Like it or not Raiders fans, Roberts will be the team’s third wide receiver next season, and he will be expected to actually produce in Jon Gruden’s offense.
