Through the first four rounds of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders addressed different needs across the board. Cornerback, safety, defensive tackle, and also a potential left or right tackle were all taken. However, there was one position everyone in Raider Nation was clamoring for, and that was a middle linebacker.
Upon the conclusion of the fifth round, Marquel Lee, linebacker out of Wake Forest, was able to call himself an Oakland Raider. Most did not know a whole lot about him, but Lee was highly productive in college, racking up nearly 300 tackles to go along with 14.
