OAKLAND — Seth Roberts picked a perfect way to score his first NFL touchdown.
The former practice squad member made his only catch of the afternoon count tenfold when he grabbed a 12-yard pass from Derek Carr with 26 seconds left to serve as the decisive blow in the Raiders’ 37-33 win over the Baltimore Ravens.
“We had fun out there,” Roberts said. “All my teammates were happy, we had smiles on our faces. It just feels good, an overflowing feeling.”
Roberts had three catches last week in his NFL debut, but it was a shaky performance that also included two drops.
