Former Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith reportedly has turned himself in to San Francisco Police, who had a warrant out for his arrest over a domestic violence incident with his fiancee over the weekend.
ABC 7 News, citing unnamed sources, was the first to report that Smith had turned himself in. Smith, who had reportedly checked himself into a rehabilitation facility, was released by the Raiders on Monday afternoon.
Smith, 28, was being sought by S.F. police after he fled the scene when his fiancee called 911 on Saturday night. She reported to a police dispatcher about 8:30 p.
