There are apparently still too many former top picks in Oakland. The Raiders already traded 2014 top pick Khalil Mack and are now reportedly discussing trading 2015 and 2016 top picks Amari Cooper and Karl Joseph according to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports.

Joseph has been a forgotten man in Oakland this season, buried on the depth chart behind Reggie Nelson, Marcus Gilchrist, and Erik Harris.
