Report: NFL owners plan to vote Monday on Raiders' move

NFL owners are expected to vote Monday on the Raiders' proposed move to Las Vegas, according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora.

The NFL analyst posted tweets Tuesday saying a vote probably would be contingent on the Raiders "meeting certain objectives" regarding development and a lease.

An NFL spokesman wouldn't confirm the agenda item and provided only basic details of the meetings that begins Sunday in Phoenix.

The Raiders need the approval of 24 of 32 owners to relocate to Las Vegas, where they want to build a $1.9 billion doomed-roof stadium near the Strip. The team still needs to sign a lease with the Las Vegas Stadium Authority Board, which won't review the terms again until after the Phoenix meetings.
