A day after reports said Reggie McKenzie would be out after the season as Raiders GM as part of a front office overhaul, McKenzie decided not to wait and just to end it now.

The firing of the General Manager is not the news you typically expect the day after the team’s biggest win of the season, but with the reports out there, it may have been best to just rip the band-aid off.
