ALAMEDA, Calif. – While the Oakland Raiders had two right tackles who missed Sunday’s game return to practice on Wednesday in Austin Howard and Matt McCants, they were still without starter Menelik Watson.
Plus, linebacker Malcolm Smith had his injury changed from a groin to a quad as he sat out, as did pass-catching tight end Clive Walford. Starting running back Latavius Murray who was limited to 19 yards in eight carries at Baltimore, also sat out with a toe injury.
With only Mychal Rivera healthy among tight ends, the Raiders promoted Ryan O'Malley from the practice squad to help with depth.
