Rape Case Involving Raiders Rookie CB Gareon Conley Heads To Grand Jury

The Cleveland Police Department announced Monday that prosecutors plan to move forward with the rape case involving Raiders first-round CB Gareon Conley, via TMZ Sports.

According to officials, the district attorney’s office believes it has enough evidence to prosecute, which led to the case being moved to a grand jury.

A woman accused Conley of raping her in a Cleveland hotel room just days before the 2017 NFL Draft.

Conley claims that they had “brief oral sex” and insists it was consensual.

Conley, 21, was selected with the No.
