The Oakland Raiders have ruled out starting right tackle Austin Howard and starting safety Nate Allen for Sunday’s home game against the Packeres.
Howard left Sunday’s win at Denver with a knee injury. Allen missed that game with a knee injury suffered against Kansas City in Week 13. Allen missed two months earlier in the season with an injury to the same knee.
Rookie Jon Feliciano, a fourth-round draft pick, will likely start at right guard Sunday. It would be his first significant NFL action. J’Marcus Webb is set to move from right guard to right tackle to replace Howard.
