ALAMEDA — The Raiders are bringing in free-agent wide receivers for workouts on Tuesday, and Jon Gruden said he’s prepared to make a roster move at the position if need be.
Martavis Bryant suffered a PCL injury in his knee on Sunday against the Chargers and will be out “some time,” Gruden said Monday. Jordy Nelson also sustained a knee injury in the Raiders’ 20-6 loss and is being evaluated. Three weeks ago, the Raiders’ top three wide receivers consisted of Amari Cooper, Nelson and Bryant. Now that lineup may be Brandon LaFell, Seth Roberts and rookie seventh-rounder Marcell Ateman on Sunday against the Cardinals.
