The Raiders will play the Seattle Seahawks in London next season, NFL UK announced Thursday morning.
The game will take place on Oct. 14 during Week 6.
The Raiders have played outside the United States in three of the last four seasons, losing twice. The Patriots annihilated the Raiders in Mexico City this season, 33-8. In 2016, Oakland topped the Texans in Mexico City, 27-20. In 2014, the Dolphins beat the Raiders in London, 38-14.
The 2018 game abroad, like the last three, will feature the Raiders as the “home” team. Oakland hasn’t exactly packed the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum to the gills, and owner Mark Davis has willingly traded a true home game for an international one.
