This week the Raiders got TJ Carrie back as a cornerback due to Nate Allen's return to the lineup from partial season injured reserve. Leading up to the game, one of the questions was which of the two corners who had started the past couple months would be moved to nickel corner between DJ Hayden and David Amerson. It turned out to be Amerson who got the demotion.
Carrie and Hayden played 82% of the snaps in the game (51) while Amerson played just 35% of the snaps (22).
