The good news for the Raiders is Gabe Jackson, who was questionable for the game, is active. That was the most important thing for the Raiders. Also questionable was return man Dwayne Harris. He will not go.
What’s a bit strange is even with Harris not playing, Nick Nelson is once again inactive. Nelson is listed as Harris’s primary backup for both kick and punt returns.
Most likely this means Jalen Richard will handle punt return duties. Kick return duties are less certain.
