Greg Papa, back on the air Friday a day after a classic tease that led to speculation and then actual reports of Marshawn Lynch joining the Raiders, wasted no time in addressing the social media brushfire had created.
“I didn’t intend to do that yesterday and create this great mystery,” Papa said on the Raiders’ flagship station 95.7 The Game. “I sat on it for most of the show. I thought we’d build it up (Friday).”
Papa was discussing Thursday the kind of player who would be a replacement for Latavius Murray and fit in with DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard.
