It was day 13 in Raiders training camp and there was a new number 13 on the field. Though had we not known it was a new number 13, we may not have known otherwise. He was Devon Wylie who the team signed to replace Austin Willis who was cut today.
Wylie is a former fourth round pick who was a college teammate of Derek Carr in 2011 -- Wylie's senior season and Carr's first season as starting QB at Fresno State. The two didn't work together any in team sessions as Wylie has a lot of catching up to do in the offense.
