Tom Flores' long wait could be nearing its end.
Flores, the former Raiders coach and the first Hispanic head coach to win a Super Bowl, was selected Tuesday as the lone coach finalist for Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2021 by the Hall of Fame's senior committee.
