We knew Donald Penn, Eddie Vanderdoes, and PJ Hall weren’t practicing because they were on the PUP list. But Vadal just wasn’t here.
He will be suspended the first four games of the season for a violation of the league’s performance enhancing drug policy. But that wouldn’t keep him from attending camp or participating in preseason. He didn’t fail a physical, or he would have been designated as such.
