A day after releasing their longest injury report of the season, the Raiders signed two players to their active roster Friday.
The Raiders promoted linebacker Brady Sheldon from their practice squad and signed offensive lineman Ian Silberman, whom they waived in the preseason, from Cleveland’s practice squad.
In corresponding moves, the Raiders placed left tackle Donald Penn and backup guard/center Jon Feliciano on injured reserve. Penn underwent season-ending right foot surgery this week. Feliciano had been experiencing concussion symptoms.
Starting center Rodney Hudson, who played through a kidney stone last Sunday against Dallas, did not practice Thursday.
