The Raiders signed veteran NFL long snapper Thomas Gafford on Tuesday afternoon to replace Jon Condo.
Condo dislocated his shoulder recovering a muffed punt in Sunday's victory over the Denver Broncos.
He won't recover before the regular season ends, meaning he's headed for injured reserve. And his streak of consecutive games played will end at 141.

Gafford has plenty of NFL experience, playing 116 NFL games over eight seasons.
He played with the Kansas City Chiefs from 2008 to 2014 and played most of this season with the Chicago Bears before he was released in late November.
