The Las Vegas Metro Police Department have announced that they arrested Raiders star running back Josh Jacobs for alleged drunk driving after a single-car accident at 4:42 a.m. on Monday morning.
Jacobs, 22, was taken to a hospital for minor injuries and then was booked into Clark County Detention Center.
However, Jacobs’ attorneys say he has not been charged and the RB will plead not guilty if he is.
From Jacobs' attorneys David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld: "No complaint has been filed against our client and there are no blood tests results to support a suggestion of impairment.
