The Oakland Raiders officially released LB Jelani Jenkins from injured reserve with a settlement on Monday.
Jenkins, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.632 million rookie contract and signed on with the Raiders as an unrestricted free agent back in March.
The Raiders, unfortunately, released Jenkins this past weekend as they cut their roster down to 53 players.
In 2016, Jenkins appeared in nine games and recorded 29 tackles, no sacks and a pass defense. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No.
