Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has a broken leg, a broken heart and, it turns out, a broken finger as well.
Carr checked in with 95.7 FM on Tuesday afternoon in his first local interview since fracturing his fibula against the Colts on Dec. 24.
Carr watched Sunday’s 24-6 loss to the Broncos from his couch, while holding an offensive game plan sent to him by coordinator Bill Musgrave.
“It ripped my heart out,” Carr told the radio station. “It was hard for me. There was nothing physically I could do, and I couldn’t be there for my guys.
