The Oakland Raiders are proposing four off-site parking locations to accommodate fans and others attending games and events at their stadium in Las Vegas.
A proposal submitted to Clark County officials shows shuttle buses would transport people between the 65,000-seat stadium and the parking locations.
The Raiders plan to start the 2020 season at the stadium being built across the freeway from the Las Vegas Strip.
County officials have allowed the team to have far fewer than the required 16,250 parking spots at the stadium site due to space limitations.
