VEGAS (November 14, 2018) – The Oakland Raiders have elevated WR Saeed Blacknall to the active roster from the practice squad, the club announced Wednesday.
Blacknall, a 6-foot-2, 208-pound receiver originally signed with the team as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State (2014-17). As a Nittany Lion, Blacknall played in 48 contests and made 15 starts, totaling 50 receptions for 979 yards (19.6 avg.) and seven touchdowns, while garnering All-Academic Big Ten honors three times. Blacknall appeared in all four exhibition games in the preseason for the club.
Additionally, the club has signed WR Rashard Davis and WR ArDarius Stewart to the practice squad.
