We weren’t sure how much the starters were going to play in the Raiders second preseason game in Arizona Thursday night. We soon found out.
The starting offense came in for one drive. They drove down the field for a score in six plays and their day was done. That means pretty much everyone Derek Carr, Josh Jacobs, Tyrell Williams, and the entire starting offensive line hit the sidelines barely breaking a sweat.
The starting defense was a different story. They stayed in the game as long as the Cardinals had Kyler Murray at quarterback.
