It has not be a memorable first season under the new Las Vegas Raiders’ regime of general manager Tom Telesco and head coach Antonio Pierce.
The team is, by far, the worst team in the AFC West and, one of the worst teams in the NFL overall.
Recently, team owner Mark Davis said he will evaluate Telesco and Pierce separately after the season because they were hired separately. However, Davis was publicly more supportive of Telesco than Pierce, perhaps hinting that the general manager is more safe than the coach wen it comes to 2025 job security.
