As Jack Del Rio alluded to on Monday, the injury long snapper Jon Condo suffered in Sunday's game was a concerning one. The tests came back on Monday, prompting the Raiders to make a decision. They have decided to place Condo on injured reserve for the final three games of the season and have added long snapper Thomas Gafford to replace him.
The 32-year-old Gafford played long snapper for the Chiefs for seven seasons from 2008 to 2014 -- a total of 105 consecutive games. He spent the first 11 games of this season with the Bears before his release a week two weeks ago on November 28.
