The Raiders offseason program structure was made public by the NFL on Friday morning, which announced key dates for each team in the coming months.
The Silver and Black started up earlier last spring, a luxury afforded to teams with new head coaches. Jack Del Rio enters his second go-round, with his entire staff intact.
The offseason program formally starts on April 18, launching a two-week period focused on conditioning. No on-field instruction is permitted during a period dubbed Phase One.
Phase Two lasts three weeks and includes individual player instruction, though team periods are prohibited.
