Optimism should be plentiful and permeating for the Las Vegas Raiders. At this stage of the offseason where install and learning is ever-present — especially on the offensive side of the ball — the Silver & Black’s elevator is on the ground floor.
In order to ascend and reach new levels in offensive coordinator Luke Getsy’s scheme and system, there will be plenty of missteps and miscues. And that’s fine. This is the time where stumbles are commonplace as Las Vegas under head coach Antonio Pierce, install a new offense to replace the former regime’s.
As such, the Raiders should be confident and encouraged despite the offseason growing pains.
