The Oakland Raiders will kick off their 2018 preseason schedule on Friday night, as they play host to the Detroit Lions inside the Oakland Coliseum. The Lions come to town boasting one of the more productive quarterbacks in the NFL in Matthew Stafford, and he will be a good test for the Raiders new-look secondary.
Last season, Oakland struggled mightily against the pass, and did not get their first interception until the second half of the season. New head coach Jon Gruden worked with the front office to bring in new blood in the secondary, and they will all be on display against Stafford and company on Friday night.
