More filling out of the Raiders scouting departments is happening. After the Raiders had hired away the Cowboys’ regional scout Jim Abrams to become their Director of College Scouting, Abram will be joined by another Cowboys scout, Walter Juliff according to an ESPN report.
Juliff was a National scout for the Cowboys and he had been with the organization for 31 years (!). That means he was a scout in Dallas dating back to 1988; before Jerry Jones even bought the team. Before the days of Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and Michael Irvin.
