After dropping three consecutive games, the Oakland Raiders put an end to skid last Sunday, beating the Tennessee Titans 24-21.
Oakland was up 17-6 midway through the third quarter, but back to back Tennessee touchdowns gave the Titans a 21-17 lead.
Derek Carr’s heroics, via a TD pass to Seth Roberts with 1:21 left in the game, gave Oakland the victory.
The win put Oakland just on the outside of the playoff picture, one game behind the Kansas City Chiefs and the Houston Texans for the one of the two Wild Card spots. Of the teams in the battle for the Wild Card spots, four of them are 6-5 and two of them are 5-6.
