Marshawn Lynch gave it his best shot. He pleaded his case along with Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters to get his 1-game suspended lifted, but it was to no avail. Appeals officer James Thrash has ruled the suspension will stand and Lynch will not play against his former team in Buffalo Sunday.
He will once again be replaced by the combo of Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington along with fullback Jamize Olawale.
Lynch was ejected in the second quarter of the team’s week 7 game against the Chiefs for leaving the bench and making contact with an official.
