Raiders left tackle Donald Penn will not face charges in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident, according to a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
Los Angeles police responded April 29 to a radio call of a domestic violence incident and completed a report listing Penn as the suspect. Penn and his wife, Dominique, later gave a statement to TMZ saying they’d had a “verbal disagreement” but no physical altercation.
A Los Angeles city attorney’s spokesman wrote via email Wednesday that charges would not be filed “due to insufficient evidence likely to result in a conviction.
