Raiders owner Mark Davis presented a $50,000 donation to the Biletnikoff Foundation on Monday evening to kick off a new, organizational effort to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault.
Davis presented the check following a golf tournament designed to help the aforementioned foundation, which is committed to helping youth from lower income backgrounds at risk for falling victim to addiction and domestic violence.
The Raiders plan to use their voice in the community to increase awareness for these issues, including team-sponsored programs and public service announcements.
"The Raiders are proud of our continuing commitment to raising awareness of this important issue that is close to the heart of the Raider family,” Davis said in a statement.
