It’s almost the season of giving, and the Raiders’ opponents have been giving it to them good for a while now. Especially the past two weeks: The Steelers’ Antonio Brown had 284 yards receiving in Oakland’s loss Nov. 8, and then the Vikings’ Adrian Peterson ran for 203 yards at the Coliseum six days ago.
Raiders defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. appreciated the gifts.
“One thing we hang our hat on is no one runs the ball, no one throws the ball deep on us,” Norton said. Pittsburgh and Minnesota “attacked us at our foundation of what we do best.
