As expected, Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Yannick Ngakoue is active and is expected to play Sunday at the Pittsburgh Steeles. Kickoff is at 10 a.m. PT.
Ngakoue suffered a hamstring injury late in the Raiders’ 33-27 Week 1 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night and the team was worried it could be a serious injury and he would likely not play against the Steelers. Yet, Ngakoue practiced all week. It will be interesting to see if Ngakoue is on some sort of play count because of the injury. With Ngakoue banged up, defensive end Clelin Ferrell is active Sunday.
