ALAMEDA – Raiders safety Charles Woodson emerged from Sunday’s victory over Baltimore without further damage to his bum right shoulder.
Woodson played 81 snaps despite dislocating his shoulder the week before, while wearing a harness to keep the ailing joint intact.
It didn’t keep him from playing, but it looks like it will keep him out of padded practices. Woodson stretched with his teammates but did not suit up for Wednesday’s practice in full gear, an absence designed to minimize impact on the injury site. He was limited during last week’s Thursday practice, and should be this time as well.
